People having that kind of heavy thoughts that just consume them whole, it's a mantra we've all witnessed whether it be in ourselves or through our friends or family, but there is no good that comes from thoughts that drag you down 6 feet deep, nobody is worthless, it's okay to talk.

With heavy hearts we don't feel loved
